Default Smoked Sausage

Smoked Sausage

1 package smoked sausage cut into 1/4 inch circles
1 onion cut into strips
3 bell pepers (red, yellow, orange) cut into strips
1 tomato cut into strips

Cook sausage thru in large skillet. Add onion, tomato & peppers cover and cook til they're done. Eat.

This takes like 20 minutes and it's the only way I'll eat smoked sausage. It tastes great and it's colorful enough to get the youngster to eat it.

That's exactly what I just started to do. I was in the process of deleting and cut/paste.
