Again I find you comparing apples to oranges. It makes no sense to me. Can you help me understand? Sorry I'm a little slow.

Parsely has no taste, what's the point?
I had a friend that tried to make Pesto with Parsley. That was so gross. Cilantro on the other hand has so many uses. It's awesome. But you use the two herbs totally different. And I think you'd be able to use a FL or Mexican avocado in the same away.....

Sorry for causing trouble today....

yeah that would be bad. I've never tried my hand at making pesto, I've been wanting to for a while, but can't seem to grow my own herbs very well.

There's finally a quality pesto available at the supermarkets - Classico brand. Same guys as Classico spaghetti sauce. Try it, it's awesome.

I happen to agree. Cilantro all the way!! As for Avocados...We don't usually get the BIG GREEN ONES, but if I see them, I'll have to try them...I've always heard that they were better....

Anyway, pesto from a jar? hmm, sorry, I'll wait until next summer and make it. It is so easy even you could do it.laughing bouncer

I know, that was my first reaction, but my wife first bought it and we can't get enough of it. Like I said, try it. I bet you'll buy more.
