The generator and transfer switch are here. Up to liscenced contractor to install now. We are gonna wanna maybe have a storage box for it outside or consider rolling her out as needed. Maybe it'll fit under the truck. I put some stuff in the basement, I got a corner in the garage.
Propane company coming out again tomorrow to hook up fireplace dropping off tank.

Check this one out....I know it was probably a mistake, and her kid probably has the same shoes so she didn't know. But this lady at the park today picked up my 3 year old's shoes and just took them to her car and left. I had my son on the swings and I saw her pick up some shoes and thought they were his. So I asked him, "Where are your shoes?" "Over there." Lady is already walking to her car. Get him out of the swing and walk over to the splash pad where he took off his shoes and asked him to show me where he put them. "Right there. They're gone, Dad!" By this time she's got the trunk of her car open, probably a good 75 to 100 yards away. Gets in her car and drives off.

Texted my wife and she said, "Did you run after her?" What? That would be great. The only dude in a park with 12 moms. A 6-foot, 250 lb guy running after a 5-foot nothing 110 lb-soaking wet soccer mom. Sounds like a police call to me. And then what...."Did you happen to grab my kid's shoes?" "No!" Now what?

So the boy needs new shoes.

I never realized how bad drivers were until I spent a week on a cruise ship. Of course, my driving was just as bad!
