If it can be done for $500 I'm all for it. Heck, I'd build a car in my living room if I could. I'm not saying that it would run though. The doors would probably fall off.

I've got a really good resource Kwak for some very affordable PC builds in case you're interested.

Another great game that just happens to be kid friendly is Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare (it's on 360 and X1). I've just started getting back into it and it is a fantastic, fun and balanced game with a pretty great community (check out some Let's Play's for info). People are nice to each other and there's some really good teamwork involved, the game is just set up that way.
