Good morning,

Wife went to work today after being off with the flu for a week. She probably should’ve taken today off too and gone back to the doctor because she’s still not completely well.

Good morning,

I had my peniultimate appointment with the orthopedic surgeon yesterday. The prognosis was good. PT to rehab for range of motion was presented as an option but not a necessity. Although it hurts like I have tendonitis I've have about 90% of range of motion back.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to learn how bicycles work. Bunny hopping will not be attempted again until I have full padding, but in the meantime I can try and figure out how to adjust my gearing. My rear wheel seems to have a wobble. That's not a good sign.

PS: winter is coming so riding will be put on hiatus anyway. We need to join the Y so that I can exercise.

My elbow socket still hurts every once in a while and I have to throw my arm out and it "pops" for relief. Full use of it. No rehab. Had a hairline fracture.
Funny, I wiped out on a bicycle too, and fell on it.
Shoelace went into the front sprocket and I crashed while flipping out, going downhill on busy street pretty fast. Backpack and helmet saved my arse.
