Oy, lord tremel. Might hit 40 today, then, it's a deep freeze on the way.

Yup. Local public school is closed as are all extracurricular/sports activities save for the PTO meeting - as id the case with the surrounding school districts. I don't know if that includes busing but it's only a matter of time before the city schools and my older son's school cancels. It's just as well: Joey's got a chest cold and Justin's hands are chapped something awful because he's constantly playing with the taps in the sinks - in fact his hands are cracked and bleeding. Getting socks on a house cat would be easier than even putting lotion on his hands. I'm ready to duct tape socks over his hands just to keep him from picking at them.

So far one of my kids has no school tomorrow. The other will likely have a 2 hour delay based on the surrounding districts already calling them.

A balmy 78 degrees, although tomorrow we dip to a high of 56 and rainy! I'll be thinking of all of you in the freeze zone... which is what, 70% of the country?

Stay safe.

Snow coming. School's closed. We're all home. Driving each other nuts already.

6th snow day today. Got five inches, big one for us. At least it isn't zero-ish cold out, more mid-20s.
