Yep I felt pretty good about myself T. Although my leg had an ache that morning and I pushed through it, but damn it's worse now. And after snowboarding today that and my entire left arm are gonna be shot tomorrow. In short, I have a feeling this week won't work out well for the gym.

I might not be able to walk tomorrow. Hit the gym in the AM, tradmill and new elliptical type machine followed by a shoulder workout. Then was asked to play some basketball tonight since some guys were not available. They play full court. Holy shit, I'm already feeling my legs saying "no mas!"

Hope to hit the gym again in the am, if I can walk.

Default Best of luck.

As soon as it becomes a routine, it will be a lot easier. Good luck!

Awesome! I love me some metal when I run, but ever so often Pandora throws some eminem or ...crap drawing a blank on the guy... everlast? anyway, good beat to the run. Embarrassingly I also step up when P!nk comes on.

3.5 miles under 9 min mile. I'm slowly working toward a goal of 4 miles at 8 min. a mile.
