Anyone watch this? It's on the History Channel, a blacksmithing competition where the contestants make knives out of random metal, today it's barbed wire.

Pretty cool if a bit overly dramatic at times. Still kind of addictive.

I saw it once, not my thing. But I do agree the "staged angst", that seems to be a staple in all of these types of shows is a bit much. No real craftsman in the world would rush a job like that.
