Stepped on the scale this morning. I'm down 5+. The only thing I'm doing differently from the usual lower carb no bread/sugars etc is no cheese.
Good stuff, if I can drop another 3 I'll win the latest DietBet game.

Sweet!

Oops. Is that a bad term to use in a weight loss thread?

Heh, fine by me. I've never been a big one for sweets so giving that up was easy.

I don't know that I could give up bread and cheese. I got off the low carb for a little bit and I started having some issues that had cleared up. Been back at it for almost two weeks and have lost almost 9 pounds. Started exercising again so that helps.

Wifey is back on the treadmill! She went to GNC and got some garçinia cambogia, and free advice. This morning tho, she was gonna get up early and walk fast on the treadmill, but did not. Hmm.
Give her a break because it's Monday?

yeah, now that it's not in the minus-degrees anymore, I've found my running shoes again and have been going for the pre-dawn patrol runs again. It also helps that I have a 1/4 marathon that I signed up for in a couple of weeks, so need to start 'cramming' for that race! lol.

Also got myself a couple of kettlebells and have been doing some workouts with those every 2-3 days.

I have been asked to Stay off the tread mill until my new med has cycled through my body as the side effects become manageable and used to. Like April 1st.

My dose age was doubled on 15 march. Noticed right away, I'm just a bit off balance, but not nearly as bad as the last cocktail.
Also upon doubling it felt like someone kicked me in the liver, but that has gone away too. Blood test soon come, to check liver and sodium levels, et al.

I made my diet bet, official weigh in was 201.8 yesterday morning after going 45 minutes on the elliptical in a sweatshirt and sweatpants to get under the winning weight. Man I'm sore today though :D
