Keto for the adults. (Meat and vegetables) and kiddie meal for the 8 year old.

Side note, I have to make a special "me" pizza dough. We buy a bakery dough for the girls, and rise it, roll it. It's fun.

I went from 36 inch waist to a "Men's Health Magazine" 32 inch waist! Without working out!

My wife would riot if I tried to push keto on her as well. It'd literally be prepping it just for myself and I really can't justify spending the time on that with everything else I have to get done.

In all fairness, I get that.
For me it's a medical treatment prescribed by my nuero team. My wife is totally onboard, we've seen the results, both in research studies, patient history reports, and in me.
We've all seen the Atkins diet. It's just a lower carb or no carb Atkins with fat being the main fuel-instead of carbs. Eat more fat in the keto. Put butter on evrytang!
I ask my wife every night if she wants some? Allot of nights she'll eat what the lil princess eats.

You know, that Pelaton looks interesting. Or at least the girl on it does.

I've got a buddy who does it and swears by it. I'm definitely interested, but don't think it's gonna work out for me at this stage. I'll be keeping it in mind for the future though.

I'm not hard core keto but I am pretty diligent with low carb. For our family there isn't much modification I have to do to get enough to eat. There's just more meat and dark green veg on the table.

I do a lot of our cooking from scratch though because we have dairy, egg and nut allergic kids. The instant pot has been our friend for a long time.
If it weren't for the beer I'd be down further, but since Jan 1st I've lost 15 putting me solidly under 200, somewhere I haven't seen in 10+ years.

I'm not on here as much as I used to be, so a very belated welcome GamerDad!

Gamerdaddy, I remember when the kids were young like yours are it was the toughest time to try any sort of diet. Getting workouts in regularly was hard enough.
