would love to know where other's fall on this subject. I would love to get one for the girls but the wife is 100 % anti-trampoline.

+3! We have been over this many times here. Check with your home owners insurance company as well. Oh, your yard might become the neighborhood playground too!

My brothers kids have one. Next thing yaknow the 11 yr old is national champion gymnast, the 18 yr old is state champ hockey. Their mom what is a physical therapist and said she actuall sees many more soccer injuries then trampoline and hockey combined. (she is now dean of health sciences and Mott community college)

The 11-year-old is now 14, and put this video together of herself for a school project

It can be one of those tools that can stimulate athleticism, creativity, judgment, knowledge of consequences, problem solving, thinking on the fly (no pun in tended) etc.

We have the mini tramp for our 2 1/2 and four 1/2 yr olds.

Soccer has the highest number of concussions in youth sports if memory serves me correctly.

Tomcat that sounds like a great celebration of your friends life.

I'll buck the trend. We had an old trampoline that somebody gave us for years. No net, not even the pad around the springs. Couple of the springs broke, I rebent the end and put them back. Lots of different kids jumping on it. It finally went to recycling just this summer.

I'm not sure how this works: when I pray to Heaven, will Les have his own extension? ("If you know your party's extension, please dial it now").

Sometimes I don't want to talk to God, I just want to talk to my buddy Les...

:-(
