Kid insist we go to get a Happy meal. I'm not eating McDonaldd for dinner. No thanks. Mom gets her one in the drive thru. Kid admits she just wanted the new Peter Rabbit toy and can hardly wait.
Two blocks later she going nuts because they gave her a "Snoopy" toy.
Haha. Serves ya right. Can't sit down and eat at a restaurant like the rest of us.

My daughter was "Moses" at the one-day-a-week school play. She practiced all her lines.(only 1) "Let my people go" many times. But her acting was superb.
Had to pull her out because she was sick.
I wonder what they did. They were out of boys as you can see. Moses was a girl.

We completely avoid the whole toy thing with McDonalds. I know that ordering a happy meal is easier, but it's a lot cheaper to have a water bottle in the car and order a McDouble and apple slices for all the kids.

My wife saw that Brian Setzer and his "swing band" (orchestra- he calls it) is coming to play a small venue. He was part of a "swing movement" in the 80's.
She has some cd's.
I says, " oh the Stray Cats are coming!?" She says, "what are you talking about?"
I says, "do you wanna see Sting or the Police? Journey or Steve Perry? Ozzy or Black Sabbath? David Lee Roth or Van Halen?"
"If I'm gonna see Brian Setzer he better bring the Stray Cats."
I think I pissed her off.

I saw Setzer's show on AXS TV recently. The guy can still play. Great band. Rockabilly. Nice!

You are correct sir. Seltzer can still play. Heard on the radio a couple weeks ago he turned "59" I was like "what?"
