bout done with coffee this morning. Going to switch over to my B-vitamin Stress complex. Lasts longer, feel happier.

I'm not real sure how B-Vitamins = a Brazilian and a manicure.

I feel for you though. Everyone deals with depression or "blues" in their own way, I just don't appear to deal with it with your "methods".

P.S. Now I see why you don't go to the pool unless its 90 degrees.

Huh? Cause it's cold. Why else? You are the only man I've ran into that drinks a B-Vitamin splash complex or whatever it is. lol. Sorry. Most I know don't drink whatever that is. I don't even know what that is. Smoothy? Come on....you can't think that is common.

As for blues/depression. Well, I don't have any. I'm happy go lucky baby. So I don't know what my methods would be to deal with it. If I had to guess I'd say sex. It cures all. Sorry you don't use my methods.
