Superfund, man, I interviewed for a job as a GIS tech for a company making big bank off superfund sites...

Mr. Mom, yeah, that's a ball that's been batted here a few times, eh?!?

My favorite by far is "You babysitting today?" "Nope, their mine!"

Hahaha. Only thing that stuck out to me in the post.

When you could say they are, use they're.

I did GIS for a company who worked on SF sites too, but didn't do too much on those. Only a couple I think. Many other contaminated sites though.

I'm like cheat sheet of the cliff notes version of an enginerd. I used to be a technical recruiter and knew just enough to seem almost competent. I did a fair amount of work with civil and environmental engineering firms back in the day.

I'm likely going to add another 20' section of copper to my pool heater.

That is all.

Did it for eight years. Burnt out and lost my taste for it. Got scruples. Or maybe I just worked for unscrupulous folks, not sure.

Though I might consider an in house position were that a possibility. I'll probably pick up an overnight shift in a warehouse or something when school starts back up and sleep while he is there.

Third shift security is as easy as it gets. Hell, the dude who relieves me on the weekend sleeps the first 6 hours of his shift
