14 hours/wk. It used to be 16 hours but when I was in school I had classes on Saturday from 9-3 one semester and my shift runs from 4-midnight, it was just too much so I dropped two hours on Saturday. It's easy, I'm all alone on the computer but I'll drop it in a New York minute if/when I get a real job.

Have you ever had your kid scream so much, that it actually made you nauseous? Happened to me earlier. I think I'll go hit-up the alka seltzer and some yogurt.

I hate teething.

Earplugs for during and beer for afterwards, TwoCubs . Eventually it will either pass or you'll become desensitized to it. Pretty soon you'll be putting quarters under their pillows.

Wifey is too "fried" from work all week. She FINALLY agreed to let me shop for the weekly groceries! Trust issues, ya know. I did good. Came up with 4 dinner menus, for the night we are all together, and supplies and stayed $50 under the limit she requested.
It's all good, not like I'm gonna take the credit card and jump on a plane to the West indies.

Caught my first trout of the year on a lil brown stonefly nymph, that I made.
Just a little guy, gently put him back. Fishing the Rockaway river, below the falls at Boonton.

Because we were afraid things might become calm and orderly around here we got two 4-month old kitties this weekend. My oldest loves them because they aren't smart enough to run away from him like our adult cat is. Took them about 30 seconds to make this place their home.

I missed this. Congrats, irie. I'm trying to get to this point with my wife but can't. I'm just as guilty with the snacks and all but it's doubly hard to give them up when the parents aren't on the same page.

BTW, those West Indies would seriously be calling me come October. For now it's too freaking hot even up here.

I'd really like a few days in Key West just to see what all the rave is about. My wife and her friends and family have all been there but not me.
