been there done that! it hurts like hell! went to the Dr after putting up with pain for far to long! Doc told me it was tennis elbow, seems the only real cure is exercise! He sent me for physical therapy, which consisted of different exercises done with weights and other tools in sets very much like working out at the gym just much less effort.
The end result was elbow got much better, I still have braces that I put on if the work I'm doing generates pain in elbows, like trying to dig in frozen soil generating a impact on the elbows by hitting frozen dirt with shovel.
this was all over a year ago, once in a while I will do something that causes the pain but for the most part it has greatly dissipated, go to the Dr if you want it to end.

Well I think I have it beat. Dr. put me on 200mg of Ibuprofen 3 times a day for 10 days. That stopped about a week ago. I still have occasional soreness in the elbow that seems to be getting better but the excruciating pain seems to be gone for good...for now. Went and hit a bucket of balls today to test it and all seems fine. It actually felt the best it has in as long as I can remember in a very long time after hitting the range. Fingers crossed!!
