Here's our house. We live in the officer housing on Randolph Air Force Base, so it's not really "ours."

It's pretty nice, but old and filled with lead paint. I had to get blood drawn on both kids last month - not a pleasant experience. Watching docs put blood-draw needles in a 1 year-old's arm isn't easy.

Jeff, that's an awesome list of things you've done! Good job!

Dr. Goldfoot: what a groovy house! There's no other word for it!

Our yard is "green" but is definitely not the healthiest lawn. It's mainly weeds we keep cut down to grass height. (Hey, weeds grow fast, are drought resistant, and are easy to "maintain"!)

Here's a picture of our backyard from last fall. With all the trees in the back, it sure looks nice in the fall.

And I've posted some other pictures here.

Dan

Yeah, I have to do this with my boy. I got sick of him holding him while he cries and gets his shots at his checkups so I told the wife that she has to go and get his blood drawn. She goes on a Sat. morning and comes back an hour later in tears . Apparently they had a hard time finding his veins and they had to dig around quite a bit. The worst part is that they weren't able to get any blood. I gotta bring him back.

Nice place though.

What happened to the pink toitey? You threw it out didn't you, it was beautiful, I've always dreamed of having a Barbie comode.

Well done, the house is really much brighter and has the warmth of a home.

Sooo what's next?

Jeffus, great job on the house. I would literally kill for your countertops and backsplash, but I would've also decorated the house to match that original wallpaper too.

pics are hosted on peoples own servers or image hosting sites. Then they just link to them using the IMG box.

Thanks Don-Dad. Back to school for me. Too bad. More guys would be able to participate had it been like a normal e-mail pic/attactment set up.
