The Nationals have great starting pitching, a solid line up, and arguably 1 of the best players in the game. BUT the bullpen is terrible. Already switching out closers does not bode well for the long term.

Mets Bullpen blew 4 saves last week. Hard to do! Luckily only 1.5 games out. I wonder what number Bryce Harper will take as a Yankee in the near future?

How about them Nats. Local boy Ryan Zimmerman having a rebound year. Oh and I Bryce is gonna see $500 million.

The Bucs suck. Even the Brewers are ahead of them in the NL central. It's early though - but even more than in all the other years of mediocrity and downright suckery they've made their bed.

Not MLB but how's Pedro Alvarez doing down there in the Orioles' farm system? We could use a bat.

Mets crapping the bed so far. Too many issues. Hopefully the Mets can hand around to make a push when all are healthy. That being said, nobody is really scared of the Nats 757. They look to be the new version of the Braves come playoff time. Kinda like the Capitals in the NHL. I think the city is cursed. And one more thing, I wish the much richer local boy , David Wright, would just give up and retire already. That back is not going to heal.

I know it's not going to last. But at least for today I'm going to enjoy the ring of my 1st Place Milwaukee Brewers!

You're welcome. My Pirates are doing their best to make things easy for the Brewers! ;o)

I'm hoping that the Bucs can finally win a series against the Gnats this afternoon though! I need a distraction after last night's debacle in Ottawa. Lord knows they need it in light of the holes in the lineup and the chronic underachieving by the remainder.

When did David Ross become such a big deal? He was a backup catcher for 15 years, which there's nothing wrong with, good work if you can get it. But he played more than 90 games in a season once in 15 years and has just over 500 hits in his career. He played 139 games over 2 seasons with the Cubs and the Cubs treated his retirement like he was Ernie Banks. Some company in Chicago is making and named a breakfast cereal after him. He's on Dancing With the Stars (Star? Really?). He wrote a book. He's been on all the morning talk shows.

Is this dude going to get votes for the Hall of Fame in 4 years?
