My arms up doing the Rocky dance.
A very well regarded legend in the ships in bottles world, (movie props, PBS biography and how to demos) said my Enterprise was "Champion work, and an inspiration", in the international forum. He would know, he makes 150 a year and sells them in an online store and does a few a year under contract.
Seeing him on The Woodwrights Shop a few years ago, gave me the notion that I could do it as a hobby. He made it look easy.

Undecorated the Christmas tree alone and put the fake tree and all of the decorations that were out up in the attic solo as usual. A good workout in itself but I did a 5.5 mile powerwalk also. Even made a trip to the Library and supermarket.

Cleaned the bathrooms. Vacuumed downstairs. Supered school work. Had a snowball fight- with fake snowballs.

Amazing part: checked the mail- the Nielsen Group wasn't kidding.
1.Fill out the survey, we will pay you $10. Here's your money.
2. Now they want to pay me to keep a log of what I watch on TV and send it back to them, postage paid of course.
Boss said its "Jeffy's money"
Oh, what to do with it?

That's great. I need to step up my woodworking projects and find a side gig that gives Neil a bit o' scratch to play with.

I've been wasting time for the past month. It's time to get back into it. About the only positive thing I've done was to go to a spin class at the Y. I would rather throw on the skiing and ride my bicycle outside.

Constructively speaking, I want to put together another alcove for my wife's rusted out medicine cabinet. Preliminary measurements show that her wall is deeper than mine is so she will have more space for her products. I have all the materials to do the casing and trim but she wants it to have tile in the back and clear shelves. I'm tempted to add some battery-powered LED lighting. I wouldn't have to hard mount the cabinet. I'd just have to figure out a way to slide it into place.
