Default Crock pot german potato salad

So I found this recipe for german potato salad and figured I would try it out. Turned out awesome. More tart than sweet, just like my Oma would make in germany, not sugary sweet like the damn stores sell.

Crock Pot Hot German Potato Salad:

5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
2 Tbs. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions
Mix potatoes and onion in 3 1/2- to 6-quart Crock Pot
Mix remaining ingredients except bacon and pour into Crock Pot
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender
Stir in bacon
