Thumbs up Nordic Track Ski Junkie

I do 40 minutes a day now on my skiier, while I have my Wii fit runner in front of me on the screen. I have had the Nordic Track for over 15 years, but the challenge has been staying with it for more than 2 or 3 months. I am into month 5 now, dropped 12 pounds and going strong. I used to run a lot, and did the Track over the winter, but knees don't like running anymore!

I added the "perfect pushup" a few weeks ago, along with some sprints to help me continue to lose weight. I have gone from 232 to 220, goal is 200...We will see what happens...

Avoid the Big Dawg diet and you'll do fine.

Good luck achieving your goals.

Nice Job... It is difficult to keep up with things when life gets busy.

The "perfect push up" has to include a chick under you IMO.
