Welcome to the site. How many kids? How old? You a SAHD? Site is pretty active. After only 1/2 hour there were 10 threads with new posts!!! Not bad for a Friday. LOL.

Hey there rockerdad, I'm a musician too. My 9 yr old is getting into performing and we're setting up a home studio, jamming with your kids is the best!

This forum is more active than it looks, it's cool to talk with guys that live the same kind of sahd life.

Cheers!

(here's a bad vid of me bassin and singin in my band from the 90's, seems like yesterday.)

Welcome rockerdad. As others have said, the forum is more "rocking" than it seems.... Yes, pun intended.

Welcome!!! Enjoy it. As others have said, it's pretty busy here at times. It usually slows down a bit on the weekends but then picks up for the week.

It was the 90's, think Rage,Korn,Queens,Limp Biscuit.

Pot was pretty much legal in Vancouver during those years so we listened to Pantera but that slow motion stuff came out of us!

Welcome, Rocker Dad.

I gave your blog a look-see and I can totally relate to where you're coming from. I used to do web design and have played guitar since the late 70s/early 80s. I'm not a rocker by any stretch though there are a few Bon Jovi songs buried deep in my repertoire.
