The NY Metropolitans bitch slap the Braves on opening day with a 1-0 win!! Got to enjoy and relish the good times this season.

I knew the Miami Marlins would be fun to watch this year with all the talent and characters that are now on that team But I never expected the head coach ,Ozzie Guillen, to get suspended by the organization during the first week of the season for publicly praising Fidel Castro.

He just gave him props for staying alive all these years with everyone hating him. No biggie. He even clarified that in his speech. Just wish he would speak some frisking English.

A.J. Burnett got the W for his Pirates opener. He loaded the bases with 2 walks but adjusted and only gave up 3 hits and no runs through 7 innings. Pirates win against St. Louis 2-0.
