It's a good day to go out and shed a few pounds of water weight.

+1 on that except for the snow. I need to get some painting done on the outside of the house next month. Snow can wait until December.

Right now I am 5'11" and 199 lbs. Lost one lb. from yesterday. Wow. I hate dieting. Kids want to eat all the time, and it makes me want to eat all the time. Sure miss the Sweet tea also. When we visit my family, my grandmother has sweet tea so I usually have a glass or two while I am there.

Good Morning to all.

Good Morning early risers. Whoo-boy, little man is restless this morning. He brought me out of a nice, c-pap induced sleep at 4:40am. Oh well, I needed to get up and prep a pitcher of formula for the day anyway.

So good morning you diaper jockeys, you sippy-cup slingers, you serenaders of silly songs. Get a cup of coffee and have a seat.

Good Morning. A little sleepy this morning. Went to bed at 9:30 pm. My 3 year old woke me up crying at 1 am. Got him back to sleep then my 5 year old could not quit coughing. (that is 2 nights in a row for him around 1:30 am).
Then around 3 am one of the twin girls let out a couple of cries but went back to sleep. I seem to be able to hear a pin drop so I wake up if I hear them turn over it seems. Then the alarm went off at 5:30 am, oh well.
Lost another lb., now at 198.

Cool. I'm going to weigh later this afternoon and see how this ketogenic diet thing is going. I may start a thread in the Weight Loss section if its working well to track progress.

Last year when I dieted, I would not weigh but once a week just as soon as I woke up each time so that it would be sortof accurate as each weighing time. So far, which is just since Monday, I have weighed each day.
