I am glad that it has motivated you. I know it is hard to do and need all the motivation we can get. Weighed 192.4 lbs this morning.

Na, na, na, na, na I beat you, weighed myself this morning thinking I gained a few pounds and I was 191 even :p

Been a long time since I've seen that number. Hope to hit the 180's in a week or 2.

It is a great feeling and motivation when you have lost weight when you think you have gained.

Thinking of starting some exercises since it is turning cooler. Maybe a little jogging or running. Probably pulling kids in a wagon.

Wow! Blew my diet big time this weekend. Must have had a growing spurt as hungry as I was and all I ate. Friday night a half lb burger, large fries, large sweet tea then a snack at bedtime. Sat. two chicken & biscuits for breakfast, jumbo BBQ & large sweet tea for lunch. Then 30 minutes after that a foot long subway sandwich with another sweet tea. Supper a small pizza & a snack at bedtime. Sun. two sausage & biscuits, then at lunch creamed potatoes, peas, butter beans, spaghetti, & a piece of coconut pie. Afternoon snack some cake. Supper two bbq's & potato salad then snack at bedtime. Weigh 193.2 lbs this morning.

If I can offer what worked for me. Two years ago I weighted 220 pounds. This morning the scale said 158.

First off, I stopped eating fast food. Lost about 10 pounds. Then I cut out all soda. Lost another 10 pounds. The rest I lost by getting active...very active. I found activities that I loved to do, so it never felt like I was exercising. I rock climb which helps build muscle. I also cycle which helps burn calories and gets my heart rate up.

Keep it up and good luck!
