Several inches of snow this morning, quite windy. Wife just got the call- NO SCHOOL TODAY! The bus company called it off at 10 minutes to six this morning! Driving conditions are that bad I guess. Sure don't envy the morning commuters today.
The bad news is that now I have time to shovel (hard to do with a baby strapped to your chest).

I guess that I should explain that the Wife is a high school teacher. The previous post might make more sense.

I wish this stuff here would change over. Starting to look like those photos of Tulsa around here with all the ice building up.

Ugh. Another day stranded inside.

We could handle the snow, but the winds are gonna be a problem . . .

I'm going to the indoor playground at the new La Grange rec center! Man, that place is a godsend. We are there two to three times a week right now. There must be something like that in your neighboorhood, Ma(tt) Daddy!

4" of snow, light winds, 22F....... and they cancelled school! They have 3 or 4 snow days built into the school year and hadn't used any yet as all our snow has come over weekends or holidays so far. The fact that we have a 4 day school week makes this all the more probable.

We're supposed to get a foot or more starting tonight. Just got back from the store with provisions. Oh, and backup beer. :D

3-7 inches of snow with possible significant ice accumulation by tomorrow night. Ugh.
