Oh look, more rain. At least there aren't flash flood warnings this time (though luckily we don't live in area that is prone to flooding).

Foggy this morning then the sun broke and it looks like we'll be around 70 for the high. Perfect for some, cold for others. As long as it isn't raining all day I'm satisfied.

Warmer and warmer this week. Seems August is encroaching on September. Highs in the upper 90's this week. Lows in the low 70's. Just a few degrees cooler, please.

Not cool yet. The long range forecast shows some promise, though. Next Monday might be another story. Highs still in the 90's this week but will slide to the upper 80's next week with mornings in the mid 60's. Hallelujah!

A fine, cool breezy morning. Bacon's cooking in the oven--already on my third cup of coffee. Off to work soon. Looks like today is going to be a beautiful day.

Nothing like the phone beeping at me as I was getting up to let me know there's a frost advisory. Chilly mornings, but it's supposed to take a trip to the 70's later in the week.

Suppose I should replace the air filter on the heating unit before we have to kick it back on for the winter - that time of year is going to come sneaking up soon.
