Kindred spirit. Hey, you never reported back about your Boston beer tour. Have a good time?

I like you more now. I love me some Sam Adams. Winter Lager and Boston Lager. Mmmmm. Sounds like my next purchase.

It's cold as crap here. 39 F and raining. Brrr, frickin brrr.

Saturday is going to be 65-70. Ah. I love North Carolina.

wow sounds like we're finally not having the worst weather in the country. It's going to be right around freezing all weekend, which means I'll be brewing out in the garage tomorrow.

Still dont want to run out and get beer though, I'm a bit low. I could probably drink the uncarbonated stuff I plan on bottling tomorrow....

yeah, hockey, I can sympathize. this 'midatlantic/southeast' winter stuff can suck when it's 33 degrees, rainy, cloudy, and windy. Sure would make a difference if it was snowing instead. Suck-uary is more like it around here. Day-in and day-out.

yeah I got some Sam Adams winter pack. I did not like the cranberry lambic. I like the Winter lager.

the sa winter pack lambic sucks. It just ain't right - it suffers from multiple personality disorder - it's not sure if it wants to be a lambic or a regular ale and pulls off neither. I really like me a winter beer - sams, petes, etc.

wife's on til 10 tonight so I have to postpone beers as long as I can stand it - we'll see. I've got a new apa in the keg that needs to be tasted tonight but I'm a bit weary as it's the first time I'm using an old reharvested yeast! I'll keep you posted.

35 degrees and raining. :eew: Tonight it will turn to snow. We've been having a lot of that this month. Snow, followed by rain, followed by freezing temperatures and more snow. It's pothole city out there.

You can stuff those T-shirts where the sun don't shine. Oh, wait....that would be here.

yesterday - half my yard was green
today - I'm guessing about 4-6" of white stuff on it. Maybe more since the plows woke me up at 3am.
