Nothing better than sitting by a nice fire with the snow a blowin and a glass of wine .
Or better yet ,being up to your chin in your hot tub with snow piling up on your noggin ,again, with a nice glass of wine..Now thats what i'm talking about..

Plus ,i really don't need to see anymore sweaty man boobs at walmart or chicks who really shouldn't be wearing summer attire

Have you considered moving to Denver, FTM? It seems like that might suit you.

I hear you on the glass of wine in the hot tub - but I reserve that sort of relaxation for late fall. In fact, I'm hoping that my wife and I can do just that come Veteran's/Remembrance Day in November. Still, by the Ides of March I am DONE with the cold for at least 6 months. The Blizzard of '93 did it for me.

I'm just happy we decided to get A/C this year - with the temperature constantly around 90. But hey, at least I haven't really had to mow since the drought has basically killed most of my lawn.

Surprise- another all day heat advisory. If we are not doing something involving water it seems there is very little to do. Tough to make the kiddos go out and play when its 110 out.

Not only our we officially a "D2 Drought" area, but now the city is begging people to conserve water as the reservoir is running low. Not looking very hopeful for rain anytime soon either.

Yeah, nothing quite like waking up to moisture-soaked windows. 77 degrees and 90%+ humidity at 8am. I'm ready for fall.
