HOT and DRY. I can't walk barefoot through the lawn anymore, it hurts to much. We've had cool nights and hot afternoons here. I see we are supposed to get rain this weekend thanks to Hanna. Now we have flash flood warnings. I am happy for the rain, shame it has to be hurricane rain. Beggars can't be choosers.

Really windy and rainy tomorrow, supposedly all day. I'm actually looking forward to a good soaking rain. It's been a pretty dry summer.

Wind is picking up here. Clouds are moving in. We will be getting 60-80mph soon enough. Yeah haw! Hopefully nothing higher and no tornados. We may be on the east side of the storm or right in the path. I picked up water already in case of power outages. Still have to get my chairs and umbrella put away as well as the hanging chair and stuff. The grill isn't going to move. Have lots of charcoal and camp fuel too. Ike was the one that was scaring me, but it looks like it's going west.

It'll be fine. We've had a few outer bands of rain, but nothing to bad. Really seems more calm now anyways. This evening and tomorrow will be the real deal.

Rain, and since I am too lazy to check the weather I have no idea how long it will last. Wonder what we will do today?

Going to clear up nicely and be in the 80s. Heading off to the SAS Championship to watch some golf (see golf channel for coverage 1-4) Then I'm going to play a round at 2:04. Saawheeat.

It's been raining for the last three days. It's this slow, misty drizzle that never seems to let up. Ugh.

Wet wet wet. And the kids have been sick. Good times.
