Default Apricot Glazed Pork Loin

3-3 1/2 lbs pork loin
1(16oz) jar of Apricot preserves

Preheat oven to 325. Season pork with salt. Place loin in baking dish. Add 1/4 inch of water. Stir preserves well enough to spoon over the loin. Baked 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
