Default Chopperglides secret salsa recipe...

1 can rotel tomato's-diced
1 can enchilada sauce
1 or 2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup jalapenos
Stir well.

I actually doubled the jalapenos, and put in in the food processor and pulsed it a few times to reduce the pinwheel jalapenos and tomato's a bit, and OHHHHH BABY......I let it sit a couple of days and it actually gets better....Thanks Chopper

will have to try making it some time. I love tex mex and something I like to cook. Though I have to admit rolling the tortillas by hand is a nightmare. I need a press!

i dunno what makes you think sitting there and rolling out a dozen or so tortillas is fun..its more time consuming and annoying as the dough sticks to the pin.

Well, I love baking/cooking, I find it relaxing, so I guess it is just a difference in personalities.

don't get em wrong i don't mind cooking but sitting there rolling each one out gets to be a bit tedious.
