Default Rachael Ray

Has anyone tried any of her cookbooks? Thoughts?

I've actually got a couple of them. 365: No Repeats and Top 30 30-Minute Meals Kid food.

Some really good stuff in both books. I suppose the only caveat I have is that although it is basically a 30 minute meal--only about 70% of the time do I have all of the ingredients needed on hand. You kind of have to plan ahead to use most of the recipes.

That being said, the things I have tried were all very simple, took about 30-45 minutes and were very tasty.

Thats the problem with cook book in general. You do need to plan ahead if you want to make something. I have no tried any of her book, and I probably won't.

She's so annoyingly perky it burns my soul.

On the other hand -- I'd hit that so hard that whoever could pull me out would become the King of England.

Rachel Ray. I refuse to watch her shows. Every time I do I start thinking about another kind of 30 minute meal. ;)

The wife: "Rachel Ray is cute, isn't she?"

Me: "Um, is this a trick question?" :chin:

It's nice to see that it only took a few posts before this thread descended into sexual ogling... =P~
