If you're looking for a Wii, sign up for alerts at Wiialerts.com. Right now, Toys R Us has a bundle (Wii and 6 games) for $499 on their website.

I have had 1 for over a year, but found it and thought a few of you might be interested.

I figured the rush was over. I was at a local Game Stop last week and the guy had plenty of them and nobody was buying them.

I wonder if people aren't buying them because of the economy. I also wonder if the ones they have are the bundled ones. They need to just sell the good old basic Wii. one remote, one nunchuk, and Wii Sports...

Keep your eyes on the local Targets and Best Buys, that is where I got three of them. No bundles, just the system.

They had the regular Wii in stock at the game Stop I mentioned before. As for the economy all I can say is the place was very busy the entire time I was there with people buyig a lot of games and other gear. I was in and out of the shop watching my son play some console they had set up there while my dautghter was a birthday party next door for about 2 hours.

I've been trying to get my hands on one that wasn't bundled since early Dec. If anyone is willing to buy one at retail, I'll pay that and for the shipping. I try 3 local gamestops almost every day during the week and haven't got one yet. It seems they always just sold the last one. I even walked in as a guy walked out w/ the last one!! PM me if you can get one (or a few).

Online is where most places are bundling them. I bet if you ask your local game shop, they would hold just the unit for you if you asked. I went looking for a friend and the Guys at Game Crazy told me they had not seen any since Christmas but expected they would be readily available again by the end of February.

BTW, don't forget my amazon link on the shopping page (linked from the homepage) I edited the last 2 links maddox added to ad my code
