Sounds cool. Before we had kids my wife read about all the injuries that kids can get while jumping on trampolines and made me swear that if we had kids we would never buy one. That was before we knew how destructive kids can otherwise be when they're bored. My wife still won't budge but looking at the carnage that has happened inside our house my opinion has changed. How much did it set you back?

The local BJ'S here had a good deal, we paid 240 for it. The kids spent a solid hour on it yesterday when we finally got it installed. Sure, injuries can happen on them, but the way most boys play injuries can happen just about anywhere.

Town hall type meeting on Heroine epidemic on our area. Biggest facts from ER docs, and nurses. 30% of all ER cases in youth less than 30 yr old.

The war on drugs sure is a success, isn't it?

Yesterday at the grocery store, I found a purse in a cart in the parking lot and took it inside to management.
Today in the newspaper was story about a guy in the same predikament, but he chose to put the purse in his car and take off with it.
Cops arrested him at his home, the cameras were sharp enough to get his licsence plates, and they had a make and model and his image on cameras.
Cameras are everywhere.
Ain't Karma a bitch!

Good on you Irie!

Love having cameras everywhere. Sure helped making quick work of those Boston Bombers. A few weeks ago a man was found dead in a car in a local shopping center. Roll the tape! Cops saw a drug deal go down and some poor kid OD'd himself right after the deal.

Well the wife made good on her promise that I wouldn't have to bust out the snow shovel anymore if she didn't get the job in Tennessee. Last night went down to Lowes to pick up our new snow blower.

Nuts about the job, gduck. I was looking forward to buying you a beer.

Our daughter started 3K pre-school last week. Goes two half days a week. We knew we were in for some things we hadn't encountered with me staying home with her for her first three years of life. Two weeks into it and she's already caught a cold and yesterday came home with a scrape on her lip - says she fell on the playground.

But the kicker.....The three month old was lying on the floor and he started to fuss a little. My daughter runs over to him, kneels beside him, and says "Daddy, he's beefn'!" I suppose "beefn'" is innocent enough, but it's something my wife and I have never said in our lives. Can't wait to see what she comes home with next!

And so it begins!
