Not to burst your bubble, T...but you DON'T want your HDLs to go down....those are the good ones. You want the LDLs to go down.
I think the "ideal" lipid panel is Cholesterol < 200 HDLs > 40 LDLs < 100 Triglicerides < 150.

Yeah, that's why I said it was bad news - for beer/alcohol drinkers who used that as an excuse to drink anyway.
Don't drink, it goes up for me, don't drink in goes down for Capt., drink it goes down for tt. All over the map! I say BS. 3 data points, that's like a quotable study isn't it?

OK, gotta do a little bragging. Ian played lacrosse for the first time last Spring. He really liked it and was pretty good, but he mostly played defense (whether it was actual defense or helping box out guys while they were trying to score).
Anyway, they played a few pick up games this fall with other towns, just to play and have fun. Ian played attack (offense) and scored his first goal! He scored with a purpose too...he got the pass, ran a few steps, stepped up and zipped the ball right past the goalie into the net. Fortunately the wife was there too and saw as well (it's not often we're both able to attend the games). It really was a special moment because he was getting frustrated that he never gets to score. What actually made it a little MORE special was that the other team was short a few players so he was playing for the enemy and scored on his own team! lol. He got some razzing from the coaches, calling him a traitor, but they were really proud of him and it was all in good fun and everyone had fun with it.

They've been playing this on the local radio around here. Say foxes are going to be the "thing" for Halloween this year. I just about fell over laughing when it played on the radio.
Had trouble embedding.
