Nice to see somebody's got some culture here - even if these guys are some long-haired hippy types. Seth has his own signature Martin D-35 acoustic guitar though, so I guess the "traditionalists" buy into their appeal.

I have to say though that that song was a bit too - how should I say? - sweet? I'll have to check a few more of their songs.

Who am I to judge though? Here's what just got put into my youtube playlist:

Don't judge: I HAD to do it. It puts Justin in a good mood. That's a priceless commodity to have in my house.

That's just mean, Kwak. What are you trying to do, get this song stuck in all of our heads?

Glad J had a good time. I guess Disney makes something for everyone.

Tennessee is not so bad either. I'll be moving back there sometime next year. You could always fix guitars on Music Row.

It's funny. I was going through the Chive app on my phone and they had a Prodigy video without the music. It was interesting, but got me thinking of this other band I used to listen to all the time. Spent a good part of the morning checking out some tunes from these guys...haven't heard them in years. Good times!

I've got Pandora playing and this tune just popped up. Never heard of it, but it's really cool. Nice and chill. It takes about a minute for that high pitch to fade out and then it's just mellow groovin'. Will definitely look into these guys....

My boy Justin loves him some Phillip Phillips, especially this one. I played this video for him and had my guitar out to pick up the chords. For his part he sang what he could which was pretty cute, considering he's "nonverbal." Later on I attempted to play it and he "sang" along. We need more father/son moments like that.
