Unless it warms up, it's gonna be nasty out careful on the roads today.

What a load of crap! You could not run past a CVS?

Anyway, I guess I am first.

1-5-09 220.5lbs.

1-12 -09 119.5 lbs.

Perhaps my heaviest ever. Sure does not feel like it. I guess the Monday after the holidays being the first weigh in did not help. The first week will be easy to lose big. At least I did not break the scale right CTDon?

1/5/09: 213 lbs.

(so, we're not doing a new thread every week?)

I tried to start yesterday, but after some good exercising and eating well all day, I caved and stuffed my face with chips and dip at midnight while watching "Reign of Fire" on TV.

A little late, but I had a major drop in weight...

December 19, 2008 - 268 (morning of my hernia repair)

January 5, 2009 - 255 (Nothing like not eating for two weeks)

Height: 6'3"
Weight: 255
Build: Large

With the hernia repair and the "Trauma" to my abdomin I have hardly been able to eat for two weeks. Side effect of the operation. Was actually hungry for the first time last night.

Just got back from a walk. We'll see if I can keep that up.

222 lbs.

6 foot even. Yup, big fat fattie fatso.

214. We've got the stomach flu going around the house now. That should be good for a few more pounds off when it's my turn.
