Default Weigh In- Week 10: 3/9/09

Week 10- 293
Week 9- 295
Week 8- 300
Week 7- 300
Week 6- 300
Week 5- 303
Week 4- 309
Week 3- 314
Week 2- 317
Week 1- 315

I'm still working at this, I could probably stand to lose another 100 pounds, I ain't giving up yet! I plan to break 290 by next week. How's everyone else doing? Don't give up! Setbacks are just that, not failures, so keep on getting fit, it'll be worth it, every little bit helps. Fitness is a journey, not a destination, so let's all keep on moving down that road.

Or just give up like a bunch of SAHM's.

First week 220.5

This week (yesterday) 214.5

I do not know how I kept the weight off since I have not worked out in about 10 days and now have a broken rib that should keep that streak going for another week or so. I was down another pound today!

Week 1: 247.8
Week 2: 244.8
Week 3: 246.3
Week 4: 244.2
Week 5: 244.6
Week 6: 244.3
Week 7: 244.0
Week 8 (away on vacation)
Week 9: 244.4 (same after vacation-style eating, better than I expected)
Week 10: 243.2 Woohoo! It's starting to move.

I picked up a personal trainer game for the Wii; sort of like a workout video but you can custom tailor everything. I put in my height and weight and it did some heart rate measurement exercises for a baseline of my (sad) condition. We'll see if this helps.

So can anyone join this at anytime or you're doing it for a set time? I wasn't on here when it originally started, so kinda missed the original posting of it all.

Sure, there's plenty of room for a newcomer, especially after we shed all that dead weight (our own, plus the losers who don't want to lose anymore).

j/k guys!

I'm still at 192. I suppose I have to work harder at it.
QV, jump in any time! New blood may give new inspiration!

I'm hovering at 193 I think that makes 10lbs since week #1. I'm eating good at work but too tired to work out like I was before. My body is slowly adjusting, I took the kids swimming last night and it was a nice workout.

Okay, I'll weigh in next Monday then - is it in the morning we're suppose to weigh ourselves or when? I thought if I wait until next week it will give me a few days to psyche myself into it. Plus a few days to indulge.

Yah, I'll give you inspiration - where you can say, "Oh wow, I'm skinny compared to this guy".

Is there a prize for the biggest loser (besides good health)?
