Default Weekly Weigh In 4/13/2009

Week 1: 225
Last week: 221
This week: 218

The stomach bug diet worked, but it's hellish torture.

This week 210.5!!

After a two week hiatus I manged to hold steady! I am quite pleased since I have not worked out once and have been doing my fare share of eating and drinking. Time to get back on the horse.

I'm up, way up.

The good news is I just joined Lifetime Fitness, maybe a mile from us. When we were members at the Y we never went because it was nearly 1/2hr away. Now I just have to get my big ol' butt in there regularly.

Week 1-315
This week-282
Aaaarrrrgghhh! I've gotta break past this plateau! Last week I walked 10-15 miles per day, and 40-60 pushups, but I ate like crap, gotta get it together...

I have dropped 6 inches off my waist-from a 46 inch waistband down to a 40, so I've got that going for me, and that's good.

I think your okay at lifetime as it's a month by month thing, but I'd be worried about them going bankrupt.
